Our Mission

At the heart of everything we do is a shared passion: the love of golf and the science of Motor Preferences™. Every day, we wake up driven by the same purpose—to help every golfer uncover their natural strengths and unlock their true potential.

We believe in individuality. We know that no two golfers are the same—and that’s exactly why we thrive. Our team is built on diverse perspectives, unique skillsets, and a deep respect for what each person brings to the table. We welcome challenges, embrace differences, and grow together.

This is more than a training center. It’s a judgment-free space where every golfer has the freedom to be themselves, train authentically, and evolve on their own terms.

Take a moment to explore our bios, and we look forward to welcoming you to the Performance Center soon.

OWNER / DIRECTOR OF PERFORMANCE GOLF MOTOR PREFERENCES EXPERT

  • Twelve years ago, I landed in the U.S. with my wife, who had just begun her PhD at the NIH. I left everything behind in France to support her dream—while quietly beginning the journey to create my own.

We started our life together in Washington, D.C., where I earned several certifications and began training clients throughout the area. As I built strong, daily relationships with the people who trusted me with their health, I stumbled upon something that would change everything: Motor Preferences. This approach transformed not just my career as a trainer, but the way I saw myself as a person—and as a passionate golfer.

Over the past 8 years, I’ve dedicated myself to implementing Motor Preferences with anyone who felt misunderstood by mainstream training methods. The results were too powerful to ignore. I went deeper, eventually becoming certified by Volodalen, the global leader in Motor Preferences, and specializing in applying these principles to golf.

Today, I’m proud to call myself a Golf Motor Preferences Expert. My mission is simple: help golfers smile more and understand their natural mechanics, so they can perform at their best—based on who they truly are.

Now based in Wisconsin, I live with my amazing wife (now an Assistant Professor at MCW), and our son, Paul, who was born in Maryland just before we moved. This new performance center is exactly what I dreamed of—a place where golfers can grow as a community, stay true to their profiles, and build performance around their individuality.

Looking forward to welcoming you. Let’s unlock your potential—your way.

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF PERFORMANCE MOTOR PREFERENCES SPECIALIST

  • Cody Anderson brings a deep and diverse background in athletic performance, training, and coaching. A graduate of Carroll University with a degree in Exercise Science, Cody has spent over a decade developing athletes across a wide range of sports.

Before his academic and coaching career, Cody enlisted in the U.S. Army immediately after high school. He served two tours in Afghanistan and was honored with numerous awards and medals for his service and dedication. During his time in the military and beyond, he trained and competed in Olympic-style weightlifting for five years, culminating in a qualification for the prestigious American Open Series.

After returning from his final deployment in 2019, Cody shifted his focus to golf—a sport he took up with the same intensity and discipline that defined his military and athletic careers. Remarkably, within just three years, he reached scratch golfer status.

Now based in the greater Milwaukee area with his wife, Kayla, Cody is passionate about bridging the gap between traditional strength and conditioning and the specific physical demands of golf. He helps motivated golfers understand their bodies, overcome limitations, reduce injury risk, and train with purpose to improve both their swing and overall performance.
